Every year Cisco Netherlands awards a Cisco Partner Award to Dutch partners who have distinguished themselves in a certain way in the collaboration with their customers and Cisco itself, or who have realized a significant transformation or development. Since 2015 Cisco Netherlands has entrusted the organization of the award ceremony to MD Services.

Our all-in service goes a lot further than the design, production and delivery of the awards and certificates. Our skilled team literally sets the stage by transforming the Amsterdam office, where the award show is held, into a space that reflects the significance of the occasion. We ensure that the branding is on point and go that extra mile to guarantee the flawless execution of all aspects so that the team at Cisco Netherlands can focus on what matters most: celebrating the achievements of Dutch partners who deserve the spotlight.

Health is very important to Danone and is reflected in their company vision ‘One planet, one health’.  So it is not surprising that Danone Benelux recognizes that fostering meaningful connections among colleagues is essential for a healthy working environment. They approached MD Services to help further facilitate meaningful connections among colleagues.

We took on the challenge and developed a Danone compliment card website that was designed specifically to empower employees to choose and send personalized greeting cards to their colleagues. A great way to start a wave of appreciation and to strengthen bonds.

With the Danone compliment card website MD Services transformed the act of sending a greeting card into an effortless and delightful experience with minimal impact on the organization’s time and resources. The user-friendly interface ensures that every employee can navigate the platform with ease. Each card can be made unique by adding personalized touches, such as inserting the recipient’s name and incorporating a personal message. Not only do we manage the orders, we also produce and send the ordered cards. We have sent a whopping 6000 cards to date!    

The impact of this customized compliment card service extends beyond the moment of card exchange. It creates a sense of unity, appreciation, and camaraderie among the Danone employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

As the Cisco EMEA’s preparations for Cisco Live 2023 progressed it became clear that at an event of this magnitude nothing speaks louder than eye-catching, branded merchandise to make a lasting impression. That’s where MD Services stepped in to provide next level merchandising for the Cisco EMEA core team. 

We immersed ourselves in the Cisco EMEA brand and crafted a collection of branded products, from stylish apparel that turned heads to functional accessories such as lanyards and delegate bags. Every item was thoughtfully curated to leave a lasting impression, ensuring Cisco EMEA remained top of mind even after Cisco Live 2023 ended.

But our commitment didn’t stop at design. We meticulously sourced and selected high-quality materials and production partners to ensure that every piece of merchandise could be produced within the short time frame and meet our stringent quality control requirements. Our web tool allowed each crew member to order exactly what they needed for their kit. We then packaged each kit individually and coordinated the allocation on site. We are also extremely proud of the fact that we were able to minimise the footprint of all deliveries making sure that Cisco Live 2023 was, where possible, an environmentally neutral event.

Mimecast is committed to ensuring that organizations can work protected. They also believe in the power of gratitude and called in the help of MD Services to organize a mouthwatering endeavor.

To express Mimecast’s appreciation for the outstanding sales efforts of their resellers, MD Services organized surprise on-site foodtruck experiences that tantalized the taste buds. MD Services provided an all-in service that included selecting the best foodtruck, managing the logistics and ensuring that the both the site and product branding was spot-on.

Although the Dutch ‘frietje’ in this delectable experience was important it wasn’t just about the food; it was about creating memories and strengthening the bond Mimecast shares with their resellers. It was Mimecast’s way of saying “thank you” and letting their resellers know that they value their partnership beyond measure.

The impact was huge and since MD Services took care of everything it was also stress-free for Mimecast.

Cisco Live is the premier destination where the best and the brightest minds in IT come to learn and build communities. Cisco Spaces partnered with MD Services to ensure that their visitors could also have a sustainable experience. Turning buildings into smart spaces is what Cisco Spaces is all about, so it was no surprise that they wanted to be smart and use their presence at Cisco Live to create awareness of the ever-decreasing bee populations and the importance of taking action to improve their numbers.

MD Services helped Cisco Spaces turn this ‘unBEElievable’ idea into reality and meticulously orchestrated every aspect. From the customized Bee Revival Kits and Bee Hotels that were distributed during Cisco Live to the creation, development and execution of the ‘unBEElievable’ online experience through a campaign website, bee quiz and social media campaign.

Not only did Cisco Spaces, with the help of MD Services,  elevate their presence at Cisco Live by making a visit to their booth an ‘unBEElievable’ experience, they also literally helped save thousands of bees.
